Enjoi Skateboards
Enjoi Skateboards is said to be a premier skateboarding company that in the past was associated with a wide variety of well known names. A quick visit to the Enjoi Skateboard Company will prompt the unsuspecting visitor to wonder what the fuss is all about; there is precious little gear, even less in the way of Enjoi skateboarding information, and a whole lot of posting, blogging, and unappealing photography. For those who enjoy the occasional objectionable photo and a complete lack of Enjoi skateboard decks will probably like a visit to the Enjoi Skateboards website. Everyone else will need to look at brick and mortar stores for some of their wares or simply look on other skate shop sites. There you will be regaled with the occasional Enjoi skateboard deck inscribed “Kill Whitey.”
It is not surprising that professional skateboarders are dropping the Enjoi Skateboard Company like a barrel of hot potatoes. Marc Johnson used to be one of the premier skateboarders the company was known to sponsor. In the meantime he has changed over to Girls’ spin off, Chocolate Skateboards. Rodney Mullen, inventor of many skateboarding tricks that are currently part and parcel of the skateboarding culture, also used to be associated with the Enjoi Skateboard logos, but he has since traded in his Enjoi skateboards for Almost Skateboards. Another notable who has since ditched the Enjoi Skateboards Company and put up his Enjoi skateboards for sale is Chris Cole who is currently being sponsored by Zero Skateboards and also Fallen Footwear.
If you must have a complete Enjoi skateboard in spite of the fact that not even the pros are sticking around, keep in mind that the Enjoi skateboards may be found via the major auction sites as well as other shopping sites that cater to the skateboarder in search of decks or completes. On those sites you may also be able to research gear, find footwear, and even though there is no safety gear available with the company logo, you will be able to find the safety equipment needed to safely continue on in your hobby. For a trial of the products go ahead and visit your brick and mortar skating store so that you will be able to get a feel of the board. Specs are undervalued since they are more conjecture or simply posted from the box without rationalization or explanation. Thus it is sometimes hard to divine how this particular brand of board will work for you.
